Plume Agate Libra Copper Wire Wrapped Pendant
Details
This one of a kind wire wrapped pendant features blue and white plume agate hand collected in southwest Washington. The stone displays cloudlike inclusions suspended within quartz, along with subtle metallic shimmer from naturally occurring mineral traces that add depth and quiet movement across the surface.
I cut, shaped, and polished this cabochon by hand before wrapping it in solid copper wire. The wire has been oxidized and sealed to preserve contrast and detail. A stylized Libra symbol forms the centerpiece of the design, honoring balance, harmony, and the reflective nature often associated with this sign.
Every curve of wire was placed with intention, allowing the stone to guide the flow of the wrap rather than forcing a fixed pattern. The result is a pendant that feels grounded yet ethereal, shaped by material, symbolism, and careful craftsmanship.
This piece reflects a hands on process from field to finish, created for those drawn to natural stone, thoughtful design, and subtle meaning held within form.

Materials + Care
I prioritize quality and integrity in every piece I offer, working with natural stone, thoughtfully selected metals, and materials chosen for durability and long term wear or display. Many stones are personally collected, cut, or finished by hand, while others are sourced from trusted suppliers who share the same respect for material and process.
Jewelry pieces are designed for regular wear but benefit from gentle handling. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, chemicals, or impact. Oxidized metals may naturally shift in tone over time and can be lightly polished if desired.
Finished specimens, raw material, and lapidary slabs are left as close to their natural state as possible. These pieces are intended for display, collection, or lapidary use and should be handled with care to preserve natural surfaces and features.
Natural variations in color, texture, inclusions, and form are expected and are part of what makes each piece one of a kind.
